30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 of the United States for all orders over $35. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in re-sellable condition with the original packaging: unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags attached.
We are happy to provide you with a return label for all authorized returns. Upon receipt and inspection of your product refunds will be credited to your purchasing account less the return cost of shipping.
Want to exchange? Our exchange process involves (2) separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items. If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you out.
Once your return is received and inspected by VAMO Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. If the goods are used or otherwise not re-sellable we may assess a 25% restocking fee.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
